Oberoi Hotels & Resorts - #SeasonofJoy
The Contest is valid for persons of any nationality, except for employees and the family members of the organizer, its associate companies,
its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies ("Participant(s)").
Entries by participant below the age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
Below are the details for Contest and Winner Announcement date:

Theme : Making this Christmas a 'Season of Joy' at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts
Contest Start Day: 16th December, 2021.
Contest End Date: 5th January, 2022.
Total number of winners: 4
Winner Announcement Date: 31st January, 2022.
Only one entry will be eligible from one phone number/email address.
Participate can choose only one wish from the list of wishes.
1st wish (Staycation for your parents) - one night stay on double occupancy at any Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India, subject to availability
(not applicable for Presidential Suite).
2nd wish (Dinner date with your partner) - Dinner for a couple with soft beverages at any Oberoi Hotels & Resorts
in India, subject to availability.
3rd wish (Suite experience with loved one) One night stay on double occupancy in a suite at any Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata,
subject to availability (not applicable for Presidential Suite).
4th wish (Rejuvenate at The Oberoi Spa) - One night stay on double occupancy with 60 minutes spa therapy for two people at any Oberoi
Hotels & Resorts in India.
5th wish (A weekend break in Himalayan Shimla) - Two nights stay on double occupancy at Wildflower Hall Shimla.
6th wish (A night stay in the pink city of Jaipur) - One night stay on double
occupancy at The Oberoi Rajvilas, Jaipur.
7th wish (Sunday brunch with your loved one) - A Sunday brunch for
2 people with soft beverages at any Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in New Delhi,
Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bengaluru and Kolkata.
8th Wish (A boat ride on lake Pichola followed by a dinner on the
promenade at The Oberoi Udaivilas, Udaipur) - One night stay on double
occupancy with an experience of boat ride & dinner
with soft beverages for 2 people.
a) For the entry to be valid, participant must fill all the details on the microsite and select any one wish they want
to be fulfilled from wishlist options.
b) All participants must register themselves after reading the Terms & Conditions on the
https://seasonofjoy.oberoihotels.com. The link for the same will be provided in the "BIO"
section of the Instagram Brand handle

c) Participation in the contest is open to both resident and non-resident guests.
Winning criteria & selection: Winners will be selected by lucky draw. The results will be final and no
claims shall be entertained in this regard.
There shall be 4 winners. The winners will be eligible to receive 'hereinafter called as 'wish'
from Oberoi Hotels & Resorts on submission of the relevant information detailed in below mentioned clauses.
Selection of the winner and Prize is the sole discretion of Oberoi Hotels & Resorts.
The winner will have to provide name, his/her email ID and contact number upon submission of which they will be contacted by Oberoi Hotels & Resorts
regarding the details of the 'wish'.
In the event a Winner is unreachable, ineligible, fails to submit the relevant documents or submits false/forged & fabricated documents, or fails to pay the applicable taxes (if any) or fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time, the Prize shall stand forfeited and no claims shall be entertained in this
regard either against Oberoi Hotel & Resorts or its authorized third party agency.
Oberoi Hotel & Resorts further reserves the right to reject any entry by a Participant / Winner which is either invalid, incomplete,
is derogatory or the documents submitted by the Winner prima facie appears to be
false and fabricated.
The wish cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable
and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
Participation in the Contest implies that Participants agree to all Terms & Conditions of the Contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be
immediately disqualified.
Participation in the Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Contest, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Oberoi Hotel & Resorts and/or its event management company relating to the Contest and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Oberoi Hotel & Resorts and/or its officers,
directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform. The Participant will be providing their information to Oberoi Hotel & Resorts and not to social media channels. By participating in the Contest, the Participant hereby consents to the accessing of information of the user on social media platforms of Oberoi Hotel & Resorts or anywhere else by Oberoi Hotel & Resorts and/or
authorized third party agency for the purpose of this Contest.
Further, Oberoi Hotel & Resorts and its affiliates/associates/subsidiary companies shall be at
liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, EDMs, print or digital advertisement or publicity.
Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the Oberoi Hotel & Resort's page. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on such pages, Oberoi Hotel & Resorts reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action
against such Participant and/or user.
Contest shall be void, if prohibited by law. In such case, Oberoi Hotel & Resorts shall not be liable to provide any gift(s)/ Prize(s) or compensation to
the Winner on any account.
No other offers/contests can be clubbed with this Contest.
Oberoi Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to withdraw the offer without any liability on its part. Oberoi Hotel & Resorts reserves the right to amend
the terms and conditions of or withdraw/discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest, with or without prior notice if required by the authorities or for
any other reason beyond its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
A participant shall be deemed to have notice of any such amendments or interpretations upon publication of the same on Oberoi Hotel & Resort's
Instagram, Facebook and Twitter page and shall be deemed to have accepted such amendments or interpretations by virtue of his/her
continued participation in this Contest.
These terms and conditions govern the conduct of the "#SeasonofJoy contest" conducted on Oberoi Hotel & Resorts' microsite -
https://seasonofjoy.oberoihotels.com followed with updates on Instagram account.
By participating in Contest, each participants agrees and consents to the collection, storage, transmission, processing and usage of
information for marketing purposes.
Decision of Oberoi Hotel & Resorts in relation to the
Contest and matters incidental thereto shall be final and binding on the Participants. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India
with jurisdictions of the Courts of Delhi.
I have read and accept the terms and conditions stated herein, I agree to be bound by the decision
of Oberoi Hotel & Resorts (EIH Limited) and warrant that I am voluntarily participating in this Contest
and release EIH Limited from and against all claims and damages arising in connection with participation
and/or entry in the contest.
